Vajrasana:
This is one of the differences of Vajrasana. This is to be done in the direction opposite to that of Supta-Vajrasana. Some people consider this asana to be one type of Yoga-Mudra. This is the fifth step which allows normal breathing and continuation of the breath to its normal pace.

Technique:
- For doing Vajrasana, first of all sit on the floor and reach the pose of Vajarasana image.
- Then, slowly and cautiously bend the trunk forward.
- Make the arms to the back after that hold the left forearm with the right hand and the right forearm with the left hand.
- Fill up the air in the lungs. Slowly breathe out and stretch the neck downward so that the nose touches the land.
- Stay in this pose for 3 to 4 seconds firstly.
- Slowly but surely, raise the time to the limit of 10 seconds.
Benefits:
- This asana get rid of the weakness of the stomach and the intestines.
- It also eliminates disorders of the liver and the laxity of the pancreas.
- It excites gastric fire.
- Regular practice of this asana makes all the leg joints, muscles tendons and ligaments stronger.
- Diabetes, cold, gas-trouble, abdominal disorders, loss of appetite, insomnia, nocturnal discharge, asthma, indigestion etc. diseases are cured by doing this asana.
- It removes constipation.
Note :
- The people having piles, knee injuries, ankle problems, dislocation or injuries of disc should not do this asana.
- This asana should not be done by pregnant women.
